About Us... Little Peia Designs creates lovely adornments for you, your vehicle, and your home. It is owned and operated by Stacey Sofia-McDaniel, who puts much heart and love into each piece that is created. For more info, please see our full bio. Placing Your Order You can order any items on Little Peia Designs that have an "Add to Cart" button at the end of the item description. We use the PayPal Shopping Cart to securely process your orders. Please refer to the PayPal website for details on their secure payment methods which include Credit Cards, your PayPal account, and e-cheques. If you are unsure about shopping online, please contact us to discuss placing a phone or email order. I would be happy to accept personal checks or money orders for payment. Please note that if a personal check is sent, your order will be held for shipment until the check has cleared. Special and Custom Orders See something you like but prefer a different color? Have an idea for a special gift? We would love to work with you on a special order! Please contact us to start the process and describe what you have in mind. We'll reply within a couple of days with the anticipated timeline for creating your request and pricing. For most custom orders we request 4-6 weeks for completion, but will do everything in our power to complete and ship it as quickly as possible! When contacting us for a special order, please include your shipping address so we can determine shipping costs. Payment Methods Accepted We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and even e-cheques through Paypal. All prices are quoted in US dollars.  To discuss payment via personal check or money order, please contact us. Return/Exchange Policy We will accept returns withing 2 weeks (14 days) of shipment date assuming the item(s) are unused and in perfect condition. If you wish to return an item please be sure to repack it in the original packaging and ship pre-paid and insured. We will not accept COD packages. Returns which are received after 14 days will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Please note that we cannot accept any earrings, sale, or customized items back as they are all final sale items. Shipping Our US Domestic shipping calculations are based on a flat rate method -- that means no matter where you order from and want your package shipped to, the shipping charges will be the same! These shipping rates are for regular/standard ground shipping. For rush orders, please contact us We would be happy to ship internationally, but please note that additional charges will most likely apply. Details will be sent via email to customers with international shipping addresses. Privacy Policy Be assured we at Little Peia Designs will never sell or give away your contact information! We are committed to proctecting your privacy and will never give your information to anybody without your explicit permission. Order Fulfillment At this time, most of our items are made-to-order; we do not have a warehouse of stock. Even so, we strive to create and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery for all "available" and "limited edition" items and 4-6 weeks for all "special order" items within the United States. For orders to be shipped outside the US, please allow additional time. Once your order is on it's way you will receive a confirmation email listing the expected time of arrival and tracking number if applicable. Join our Mailing List!
